1. Introduction

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Jitaw's services. These terms are provided in Bengali; however, the original document shall prevail for legal interpretation.

2. Account Registration

To use Jitaw's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Jitaw reserves the right to terminate any account found to have been registered with false information.

• Each person may only one account open.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address, and phone number at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Opening an account under a corporate or fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification is complete. Jitaw may request additional verification documents at any time, and cooperation with this process is mandatory.

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years required. This platform is strictly off-limits for minors. Government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification.

If you become aware that a minor is using your account, notify our support team immediately. Parents and guardians should enable parental controls on their devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Jitaw supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• Jitaw reserves the right to hold or investigate any suspicious transactions.

Any funds credited in error due to a technical issue may be reclaimed by Jitaw. The user will be notified promptly in such cases.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members only, once per account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets on Jitaw are considered final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

• If odds change, the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• Jitaw is not responsible for disconnections during live betting.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and all balances may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward Jitaw staff.
• Bonus arbitrage or matched betting.
